I manage and train teams of mortgage loan processors, overseeing their day-to-day operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
I develop relationships with external stakeholders, provide regular reports to senior management, and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
My focus is on achieving results while complying with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

As a Mortgage Admin Assistant at a leading Mortgage Broker Company in Australia, I lead a dedicated team, manage loan applications, and collaborate with brokers and lenders.
With a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, I've grown under the guidance of an exceptional leader. I'm excited to apply my skills alongside one of the best brokers in NSW and continue learning in this field!
